Cigar Sampler

I saw this deal on www.slickdeals.com and bought one. It's a Rocky Patel sampler for $12 and free shipping. Is this a good deal(not associated with company and a total newbie to cigars)? I have a bachelor party coming up and figured that this would be some good cigars to try. Here's the link if you guys are interested.

At less than $2.50 per cigar, you got a pretty solid deal. I'm not super experienced with RP stuff, but they are pretty well respected in the world of cigars and at the price you paid you can't really go wrong.

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe certain varieties of The Edge from RP can be rather full strength. If most of you are not regular smokers, make sure you have a good meal before smoking and keep a few sugary drinks (soda, etc) on hand just in case one of you gets hit a little heavy by the nicotine.

RP makes quality sticks. At this price you got a real steal.

I like the Edge Maduro, though I rarely buy it because I can do better at the retail price. I have also had the Vintage and Sun Grown toros. All solid smokes.

I have not tried Ocean Club or the Edge Corojo.

Again, a great deal and a good way to experience some of the RP line. Thanks for the link. This would make a nice gift for a few guys I know--and maybe one for me, too!

Thanks for the tip. A super strong cigar would probably do me in. Look forward to trying these.
