Yes, I am already beginning to enjoy the shaving process more. Used to be that shaving was just another dull routine I went through each morning without thinking much about what I was actually doing. Now, it is something that I look forward to.

Recently, I have been doing lots of different things designed to increase self awareness, improve my health and fitness (including the brain), and to "live in the moment". And, I think that learning to shave properly with a DE razor including the prep and after shave stuff will definitely help in this regard.
