Razor: Blackland Razors Ti Blackbird
Blade: Wizamet Super Iridium (1)
Brush: Wild West Brushworks Volcanic Ash Handle (TNS 26mm Original BOSS Fan)
Bowl: Captain's Choice Copper
Lather: Musgo Real Classic
Aftershave: Unnamed Prototype #3
Fragrance: Cuba Orange EdT Spray

Tried mixing five sprays of Cuba Orange EdT Spray with a palm full of the Prototype #3 (Master Bay Rum, Superior 70 Bay Rum, Bay Rum Fragrance Oil, Sweet Tobacco Fragrance Oil). Using the combination this way tones down the Cuba Orange a bit and provides a nice overall balance.

Superb shave!

With the milky look of your prototype, it almost looks like a balm. :)

A Bay Rum and tobacco balm sounds kinda cool. :)

I have no clue why the color turned out like that? Maybe one of the oils?

I'm going to add more Bay Rum fragrance oil next time. I want a little more of the Bay Rum scent with the tobacco flower in support.

But the #3 does smell wonderful and my Bride really complements me when I wear it. :)

I reached for my Arctic Lime Blast today and it was empty, then I realized I had no Pinaud Clubman Lime Sec. So I improvised and mixed up an Osage Rub and Pinaud Clubman Citrus Musk combo and it was great! It definitely is different from Arctic Lime Blast but still similar in a citrus way; I have no idea what to call it, maybe Arctic Citrus Blast or Arctic Citrus Musk?

1 part Osage Rub
1 part Pinaud Clubman Citrus Musk

UP#3 continues to please - scent and face feel. Still, the next batch will have more Bay Rum Fragrance Oil and less Tobacco Flower. Trying for a "pure" Bay Rum scent with hints of Tobacco Flower. :)

To reiterate the UP#3 ingredients/ratios:
Unnamed Prototype #3
50ml Master Bay Rum
50ml Superior 70 Bay Rum
3ml Bay Rum Fragrance Oil
5ml Sweet Tobacco Fragrance Oil

In my opinion, the UP#3 is a keeper. Smells great. Moderate staying power. Matches up with the Cuba Orange as an EdT.

Now.....what should we name it?

Dirty Donuts are so Good.
Green Freeze today. First use, mixed it up a couple of days ago. Interesting that the blend seems to tone down the menthol in the Osage rub and softens the strength of the smell of the Skin Bracer.

While I really like the scent of Skin Bracer alone, I think I am also really getting hooked on Green Freeze.

There is just something in the opening medicinal scent I look forward too after a shave. It’s been really hot and muggy here on the Oklahoma Plains.

All the medicinal scent is, is just the menthol and eucalyptus from the Osage Rub, once it airs out from the initial splash, the dry dry down is awesome because the vanilla and lavender from the skin bracer moves to the front along with that powdery finish of talc. The cool feeling from all the menthol in the mix is very refreshing on a hot summer day.

While I don’t keep my Bootlegger’s Green Freeze or Artic Lime Blast in the refrigerator, I do like to put them in the freezer, just before I get in the shower.

After my shower and shave, the 1/2 hour spent in the freezer gives me a cold AS to Splash. It almost hurts at first. :)
