I've read that these two are close. Is this true?

I have every Trumpers fragrance, and I find Eucris quite different. Eucris is pretty unique. I love it.

Quite different.

BdP is largely lavender, then powder, cream and woods.

Eucris seems more complex; includes sandalwood, oakmoss, musk, spice, fruit, flower, green element…

Not close at all. Both are awesome IMHO. I recommend sampling first, especially Eucris.

I just did another thread on Tuscany Uomo (Aramis) and, though I only had a sample of Eucris long ago, I think it may be closer to that? That is - love them or hate them, testosterone laden monsters. I didn't feel that BDP was in that category when I sampled it, although I don't have Eucris or BDP on hand now for comparison and am only working from memory?

Personally I was disappointed by Eucris, there seemed to be a citronella touch that was off putting to me. Now, BDP on the other hand, is what I'm wearing right now. I love that stuff.
