Since you're in the market for a straight, ClassicShaving is probably going to be your best shot for getting everything you mentioned in one shot. Take the straight out of the picture and I'd say go with QED.
Have never been disppointed with either the advice or the products from QED.

For straight razors, someone earlier mentioned The Well Shaved Gentleman. He had high praise for it.
