I really do not see the standings changing. I think the Yankees, Twins, Rangers, Braves, Reds, and Padres will win their respective divisions. I think the Rays and Phillies will win the wild cards.

I really hope those Rangers can finish with a better record than the Twins. I would love for my Yankees to get to face the Twins in the ALDS again.

I couldn't be more surprised to see them 5 games up over the Cardinals. That said, I'm thrilled to see them back. I love the Phils, but the NL needs as much competition as it can get. It also goes to show you that Dusty Baker is a heckuva manager.

The Phils' late-September series against the Braves ought to be a blast. I think it the NL East title should hang in the balance there.

My Bravos definitely gonna make it!!!!

I sure hope so, but they have to start playing better. More so like Saturdays game and not so much yesterdays game (even though they come back to win it). It shouldn't have to come down to the ninth inning last at bat deal they've become famous for this season.

That late series is what the make 'em break 'em series. I really hope the pull it off. My father in law called me yesterday as the game ended and said that if they go to the world series we are going!! In fact I will be there on 9/11. My shift at work has bought a suite to use for the game.

Hopefully the Phillies...so my Yankees can beat them again :)
The phils are better prepared this time. halladay, oswalt, and hamels from 2008 is back

though the offense seems to have gone on vacation.

what happened to the padres? they lost 7 in a row!

I think it's going to come down to the Phillies and braves in the NL and the rays and the yanks in the AL.

Of course, up here in Boston, the Red Sox Nation is suffering its usual delusion that they have a chance to go all the way. Sad thing is, the way the AL East teams are all sucking these days, they might just get the wildcard slot.

How exactly are the Yankees and Rays sucking? They have the best two records in MLB, the Yanks have won six straight, and the Rays are 7-3 in their last ten games.
