Arlington or GFT Limes.

I am headed into NYC tomorrow and decided my girlfriend's mother is taking my girlfriend and I shopping. It's considered our early Christmas presents. I have already picked out Pen's English Fern cologne. As far as soap I was either thinking GFT Limes or Harris' Arlington to acompany the English Fern if Pen's soap was sold out there. Any suggestions?

Can't go wrong with those choices - both will work well, although the scent of Arlington is a little sharper, stronger and will linger a little longer than the Limes. It's also a more "ferny". If it were me I'd go for Arlington, I guess...

Agree with drumana. Arlington is a nice scent. I like the aftershave better than the soap for whatever reason.

I shouldn't really opine because I haven't tried the GFT, but I do love the Arlington.

Also, while you're in NYC, stop at the Carnegie Deli for a mile high pastrami sandwich that you won't soon forget.

They are both top notch soaps, but I prefer the shave quality and scent of Trumper's Limes.

Both are great soaps. Limes is my #1 Favorite. But as others have mentioned if you pick up Arlington you are all ready for the Jularlington celebration!

I was told about the Woody Allen before my last trip to NY. I'm going again in a couple of weeks, and I definitely will be heading back there. Well worth the effort!
