AOS sandalwood shaving cream

I've read good things about AOS sandalwood shaving cream so I got a sample from Garry and tried it. At first I didn't put enough in my shave scuttle so the lather dried out. For the second pass I did and let me tell you I got a rich lather that looked good enough to eat. the shave was very smooth. The sandalwood fragrance hangs in there also. After I finished shaving, I rinsed my face with cold water and use witch hazel rinsed again and put on some Captain's Choice Bay Rum. When I got to work I could smell the sandalwood fragrance over the bay rum. This is definately a cream and not a croap. I will use this again.

Yeah, this is the cream that I started back to trad shaving with. It is a good cream and one that you can measure others against. Glad you like it.

You should try the sandalwood aftershave balm as well. It last quite a while.

This is the good stuff, and I find I use less of it than most other creams. They also make a sandalwood AS gel for oilier skin.

Same here. I had my first real wet shave with AOS Sandalwood. Great scent. Great performer.

It was also one of my first creams. It definitely has some strong staying power! If you pick up the ASB in the same scent, you'll be smelling it all day. Still one of my favorites.

It was my first also. I've been using the soap lately in my rotation.
I still have some of the ASB when it was a pour bottle and not a pump. I still have it because when that first summer came around I thought it was too heavy. A few years later I saw the gel and use that for summer rotation.

It is great stuff indeed.
But I just put some on my face and lather it up with a brush. There's always plenty left over on my brush for a second pass, or more.

I did have alot left over for multiple passes. I'm just a little upset beacuse the shave was so smooth and clean, I don't have anything to shave today.
