Any info on a Penn razor?

I snagged this Khaki set from the bay last night and it came with an extra razor. Anyone else have a Penn razor or can just can shed some light on it like what type of blade, maybe date etc?

A c Penn Inc, of New York. 1919, they made sets called the Outfit # 50(Adjustable)

, outfit # 70, Deluxe outfit # 75, shave outfit # 80.

They made a variety of razors including a Service set.

I've this one. Sadly they no longer made blade for these, that give them the DISPLAY razor title.

Oddly enough the handle on this razor will work on a GEM 1912 Junior (and maybe 1912) because I just tried it on one of mine 1912 Junior's which gave it a slightly longer handle so the handle is still useful.

Gem 1912 head with Pen Razor handle hahaha At least the handle of this razor can be re-purposed.
