Another Help on Identifying?

I can't find any info on this make of an old razor that was on ebay a bit back.

It Appears either to be "Deullen" or "Deulden" or "Deulle N", followed by "Broxelle" or "Bruxelle" for maybe brussels?

Lookes like a L.Boland (Liege & Namur) or a Razor made of the same Blank.
