Another 90° day here in the Atlanta area. Since I'm working tomorrow, I'm doing ribs today. Figured it would be pretty miserable out there, so I went with a cold water shave. Proraso Pre cream, face lathered Proraso shave cream with a Proraso brush. (Sensing a theme here?) Three passes and finished with some Proraso AS I have in the fridge. Thought my face would freeze! Which is what I was hoping for. Still not as close as my shaves with hot/warm water, but really much more refreshing. Went outside to turn the ribs and mist them with apple juice/cider vinegar and felt cool as a cucumber. This is definitely the way to go this summer when I have to be outside.

I cold water shave on various days, especially when i have sensitive skin due to bad shaves.
I do cold water shaves whenever the temp here in FL is in the mid-80s or higher.
i have been doing this exclusively for five months and have no desire to go back!
For me, it's the only way to shave.
