Yesterday, Saturday 11/20/2010, I managed to shave 30 seconds off of my time for a new PR of 25:23 in the M.A.D.D. Dash 5k. As I ran by, I'm sure the people watching the race were saying, "who was that good smelling man with the BBS shave that just flew by?" "I don't know, but don't you just love men who wear Spanish Floids after shaving with a tallow based soap?"
