age of Elliot

Found a nice heavy Joseph Elliot razor today.
It's a barber notch heavy 6/8 smiling blade with deep thumb notch. One small watermark and no rust!!
The tang reads : Joseph Elliot, with Silver Steel below that.
There are what seem to be three makers marks to the left of the writting.
There is no Sheffield marking, or England marking on the tang. I've looked very closely.

So...any guesses on how old this blade might be??

the three marks will be a maltese cross with a c and a backwards c on either side.
