I just threw down on this Injector lot BIN that doesn't have anything really spectacular in it except for what I am pretty darn sure is a rarely seen Type D. Although everything else certainly appears serviceable, this is the one I'm hoping is clean and functioning properly.

The blue handle and stick shift injectors are not as common as others...That castle handle could be used to make a razor "chess set" - Travel Techs as pawns, Lady Gillette as queen, Vision as king! (it is getting late)

lol! You are not the only one who has envisioned playing chess with shaving gear - but I had imagined brush handles as pawns.

Good find. The few type Ds I've seen on eBay have mostly gone for around $100 by themselves.
