Tonight for Muhle Monday and MdC Monday my usual suspects were up once again. MdC is still providing great slick shaves but using virtually no soap and I have finally reached 50 uses. Many soaps would be just about ready to finish up, or at least be half way through, but MdC is just getting started. The Kosmo and Rocca are my favourite Muhle combination at the moment and make me look forward to a shave more than anything. The BIC blade, despite not being at its sharpest is still holding its own.
The shave was a pleasure and left me with a near BBS finish and a felling of contentment so I can't ask any more of it.

Every time I pick up one of my razors my eyes are automatically drawn to this razor - and at times I feel a little uncomfortable not shaving with it daily. And then again using it is always like coming home and brings me just time of pure and utter joy.
Today is no different as it slides over my skin - both face and head shaves were amazingly smooth.

A back to work early morning shave after a holiday Monday. The GEM blade is somewhere in its third week and gave me a smoother, more comfortable shave than my DE shave yesterday.
Fellow 365'ers, I'm headed for a couple weeks vacation. Will be shaving daily but off the grid with no cell phone or internet. See you all in a few weeks. Deo Volente.

Moisturizer: Nivea Hyaluron
Tonight the MWF was back in use to provide another great shave with the aid of the Moka-Express. I'm getting great lathers with MWF and though I can see it is getting smaller it does not appear to be happening very quickly. The Lupo shaves seem to be improving due in no small part to the thin bar handle, it is much easier to get a decent shave when the razor is properly balanced.
The result was a near BBS finish with the second use of the Astra SS. The Astra is an improvement over the BIC and Personna blades for use in the Lupo, but it still isn't perfect, I may have to try the Gillette Platinum again to see if my improvements in technique with the Lupo have made it perform better.
