Phoenix Cube 2.0 Menthol

I recently began using Phoenix Shaving's Cube 2.0 Menthol for my morning prep. It provides a nice beard softening prep before I lather up and begin shaving. I work up and apply my prep lather with a Van der Hagen brush, using cool water, then let it soak in for 3 -- 5 minutes. To make prep lathering easier, I 'diced' my cube 2.0 (2.5' X 2.5") into small pieces in my prep container.

I apply my shaving soap lather (Noble Otter Lonestar) directly over the prep lather and begin shaving--getting much closer shaves.

I heartily recommend this product for pre-shaving prep.
