Bevel Safety Razor

I got the whole system at a big discount. I tried the razor first loaded with a Gillette platinum and Rabat soap. The razor is beautiful with a base plate that covers the blade end tabs. The safety bar is smooth with no notches. The handle is slim but surprisingly grippy with a satin finish. The balance is outstanding but I felt some skipping particularly on xtg on my head. Overall a cool razor if a tad pricey
