It is not slippery in wet hands. In fact even if it were, it can slip out of your hands all day long. It is made of stainless steel and is near indestructible.

It is around 120 grams in mass and the handle is 3.5 inches long

The question of grip would be my concern as well, but it looks so cool that I would go for it anyway (if I had the funds!).
I just got mine procured and posted to me by Bingo Bob, this is a piece of modern art, it is a spectacular addition to my razor collection . . .

Sorry, but there is no way to justify that price.
