I am looking at something like this for a Rhodium option versus the Rhodium Gillette's on eBay.
Envoy Safety Razor — Rex Supply - https://www.rexsupplyco.com/shop-online/p/envoy-safety-razor
For a really 'blingy' razor, I have debated sending one of my current options off to a replating service but, those seem to be very hard to find these days and the few I found were several hundred dollars. This makes something like the Rex Envoy in Rhodium seem like a bargain in comparison. Something like a solid well known EJ89/DE89 shave experience would be a nice 'middle of the road' everyday shaver for carefree autopilot shaves for myself on vacation or midweek without any special shave needs. This brings up what other "factory" Rhodium razor options are out there I have missed that are not >$500USD.
The next part of the question is what this has over a polished stainless razor in terms of bling and durability. My Yaqi Excalibur is a near-daily driver for me. It is very smooth and somewhat shiny.
A British Rhodium Aristocrat would be nice but, one in really good condition (not a collector with accessories) is simply too much these days when found on eBay and similar places IMHO as I am looking for a 'user' razor and not a display piece under a bankers light in some collection in a museum!
TIA,
Sid
