Father’s Day treat:
Another eBay purchase arrived today. The sellers photos were not the best but I lucked in with another cased Gillette Goodwill. I have been quite lucky with these at the moment and when the price is right for me I will bring them home.
This Fatip open comb slant (FOCS) joins my Merkur 37C, ikon B1 slant, and Parker semi-slant to round out my slant collection. Also, could not resist the Razorine Flatboy, it looks even better in person. And look @FarmerTan I got a stick of Arko in a twist-up container so I'll be ready for Arko August. My wife took my last partial stick of Arko!
My Henson Aluminum +++ arrived today!!

I smell like a Christmas pudding
An unused Goya Corvette shave soap. A nice addition to my small Corvette collection.
I've shaved with it twice now and I like it. I used a fresh Feather blade and I can tell you the first shave required fewer touchups. I'll need a few more shaves with different blades properly assess it.
I spent almost $5k on an entire collection to get a bottom dial in it, and it all came today.
Then, I found a local collection on Facebook, and spent hundreds on 53 razors and 27 brushes. My wife is not thrilled, but trusts me.
Not going to be posting a large bst thread, but started an LLC and will be launching a a vendor shortly, hopefully!

It’s here! Our resident Light Handle Fanboy machinist Doug (@Rosseforp) crafted me a bronze and aluminum GTS handle of my very own! I finally have a handle for my Wolfman. It looks and feels great. It weighs in at 19.2 grams and is 14.3x78mm. I’m glad I didn’t shave this morning now.
Here’s a gift to myself. Sold a higher end razor to purchase the Lupo 58 because I love my Lupo Aluminum and the other razor just wasn’t for me.
Ignorant question: what does a pristine Gillette Bottom Dial go for now days? I did a very quick search and saw one for just over $2300.. not sure of the condition...
In any event, I hope you are able to cover your costs, after you take out what you were willing to pay for the bottom dial.
Sky is the limit, and I'm hoping to break even.
I think the $ is all there and then some when you look at what's there. I left out a 5pc Superspeed store counter top display that I sold before I received any of it to someone that didn't want to drop the coin on the whole lot.

It’s getting harder to find new soaps now but I came across this one I haven’t tried yet. Nice presentation. Ingredient list, test lather and scent look promising.
