Load up ranch dressing with a good bit of Old Bay to dunk your pepperoni pizza. It has a unique note, the Old Bay.
Not the hottest by any means but good to have.
I'm looking into this Marie Sharp's now! They have a sampler.

My favorite is "Crying Tiger" it's a sweet and sour version of Red Rooster sriracha, but I cant find it anymore.
Frank's is pretty good.
If your ever in Belize the shops in the airport and a great selection of Marie Sharps.

Isn't that the definition of a Serrano pepper? I like them too....A decent amount of heat but not too much to overpower the wonderful flavor of the sauce.
Definitely one of my favorites! Also try their Caribbean hot sauce. It tastes a little sweet/fruity. I like that one a lot, too!El Yucateco. Up there in heat, but not excessively so. Love the flavor as well.

I'm actually working my way through the No Joke at the moment.I don't have a top-three list for hot sauces, but these are the ones I have been enjoying this summer:

No doubt. No Joke is quite mild, for my taste.
