I've seen posts here that say that Yardley Bath Soap can be used as a Shave Soap with good results. So today I decided to
give it a try and took my brush into the shower with me. I've been using Yardley Bath Soap for the last couple of months in the
shower and find the faint sent and excellent lathering were to my liking. But did not expect it to lather so well with a brush. It produced
mounds of thick meringue type lather that was better than a lot of shave soaps I've tried. Unfortunately, even though the lather was
thick and slick, it only lasted for a moment and seemed to evaporate from one side of my face before I could lather the other side. Hey, it'll
do in an emergency!
