70% laurel / 30% olive Aleppo soap
Seeing that my bath last night with the 20 month old Syrian Kesabella brand - 50% bay/50% olive Aleppo soap was fab, I ordered the better next one up from the same vendor.
From fabulous happy memories of using very high essential oil trad soaps in exotic climes I can attest that they are amazing, no need for deodorant, shaving soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, leather shoe polish, bubble bath, shower gel, laundry soap, insect repellant or toothpaste (tastes acceptable to me) - I`m a tough old boot - it`ll do the lot.
What did people use Centuries ago - did they go to Superdrug or Amazon ?
Expensive yeah but so, so worth it !
Can`t wait for Delta blues in a fragrant bath next week.
