No this is not a 2nd round of RAD for me. I have passed up hundreds of estate sale razors over the last few months and for this lot decided to grab them because I wanted to fire up the buffer to see if I still had any cleaning skill. I am down to 5 razors I use in my rotation now and am completely RAD free now.
