I have a few vintage items and a nice, new synthetic brush for sale today.

1. Gillette New Type. ($9). I'm pretty sure this is the "Red & Black" (referring to color of the case-NOT included) model from 1934. Gold-plated, but much of it is gone, and the brass and copper is showing. Cap has no plating left. Has some marks, but overall looks OK. Baseplate has nearly all of its plating, but does have some marks. I did give it a light polish, but with a little more, maybe more aggressive polish, it would probably look even better. Handle has some plating left, has cleaned up nicely overall. A few marks, a little scratching. Pictures are not great, but OK and should give a pretty good idea of the condition.
2. Gillette Single Ring ($14). silver plated. Serial number is N384294, so it was made in 1920. This cleaned up quite well. Head has a little plate loss at edges and a few dings, but looks good. Again, gave this a light polish. Very lightly, as I did not want to remove any plating. One end tooth has a slight bend. Top of handle has a very small crack, which is barely visible. As above, pics could be better, but they're OK and will give you a good idea of its condition.
3. Omega Hi-Brush 46229. ($15). Brand new. Box is a little beat up, though. Synthetic "badger effect" fibers. Really nice grey plastic handle, with kind of a shiny effect (but not plated). Usually goes for about $22.
4. Ever-Ready 150 boar brush. ($4). White/red handle. Handle is in very nice shape, although the bottom has some scratching. Knot is not in good shape. The middle is pretty bare and it did shed a little more when I washed it. Probably good for a restoration project, though.
