Woot 1st Chubby shave.

So, my Simpsons Chubby 1 Super arrived today from TGS (actually it arrived on thursday but was the wrong grade of hair and had to be sent back ), and I immediately set it in to action with a Palmolive shave stick. Getting a BBS shave straight off the bat, it truly is an awesome brush mind you I only have a Vulfix 377 to compare it to and it is certainly far too small to bowl lather. I'd definitely recommend it to other soap latherers. However I am truly blown away by the brush. I only have one question where to from here? anything else I should try?

Yep, the CH1 is a great brush. From there I'd try a Rooney 1/1 and see how that suits you. Happy shaving!

A great super-dense brush. Where next? It depends on how much you are willing to invest to satisfy your curiosity. If you don't mind spending, consider:

Rooney 1/1 finest or 3/1 finest if you want more flexibility in the knot
Rooney heritage stubby
Plisson HMW 12 or 16 in 2-band

If cost is an issue, then some fine, excellent value brushes from Savile Row, Shavemac or Kent might be worth a try but they are not quite as solid or dense as a chubby.
