Slim H4 with case and blades.
That being said, the description is potentially overstated:
1) Barn doors do not close consistently level, one door is slightly higher than the other
2) Case has a crack on the top and one of the hinge "notches" on the plastic lid is broken off.
Plating, numbers and condition of razor are good to excellent
Blade case is very nice.
Maybe I am over thinking this....
