Will any soap (other than Crabtree & Evelyn soaps) fill an empty Crabtree & Evelyn wooden bowl ?

it looks like a standard size to me, and even if its not you can easily make a puck fit a container

I just grated my first puck of soap into another container, and am planning to do it with more, so that would be a way for you to fit any soap into the C&E bowl.

OK, so I will try to fit another soap in there.
Second question: how to remove a soap from a wooden bowl (it seems to be stuck in there since I've used it a couple of times)? Just use a knife to get it out, or is there a more surefire way of doing this without demolishing the soap?

Let it run under hot water for a few seconds. It should pop right out with finger pressure. I use my C&E bowl for my Polo Safari soap. Not a perfect fit, but close enough for rock n' roll.

I just slammed it hard topside down over the counter and it fell off.
