Great story. I’m looking forward to backpacking again. Sone short level hikes for a night or two this year. We car camp s a family a lot, but I would love to get back in the mountains again in a couple years with him. My wife would never backpack. Canoe camping sounds fun too....

My wife won't camp at all anymore. So camping is always a guys event for us. I would also love to hit the trail again. I'm a mountains kind of guy. The wife is more of a beach person. I'd love to have a beach AND a mountain house. I'm not rich enough for that however. Maybe one day.
