where to find a blade vault?

I've searched ebay trying to find a metal blade vault. ..I'm looking to put together a travel kit but the ones I've found seem expensive at 20 bucks...if all else fails ill just use an altoids tin but I'm looking for that I've got my stuff in order look ...not slapped together diy stuff...i use personna lab blues just in case your wondering why I need one

The gillette razor blade case...its an all metal case...I have fishermans friend cough drop cases Ive used to make mini survival kits but for my new found passion with shaving I'd like to have a nice razor vault to compliment my fatboy and brush....thanks gents for any info you may have

The tiny altoid containers (I believe the product name is Altoid Smalls&#8482 fit blades really well and are about the size of a matchbox. They will hold a lot of used blades too. I think they would be about as small as you could get for a travel-size metal blade bank.

DIY:
Get a condensed / evaporated milk can for 49 cents from the nearest supermarket.
Punch two holes in empty the contents, rinse thoroughly and make a small horizontal cut close under the rim with a hack saw, just long enough that a blade can be pushed through.

Sorry guys what I wanted was a blade vault to store new blades in not dispose of them...no worries ill just go with the small altoids tin...thanks

Best would be a plastic tuck that many blades come with. They offer reasonable edge protection and storage space for the used ones. Use the cardboard card that comes with the tuck and keep it on top.
