Where do I buy horn?

I'd like to rescale a few razors with horn. I wouldn't mind turning some matching brush handles as well. Where is a good place to buy the horn? I especially like the horn that is black with the lighter areas being blond rather than grey. Are those from different animals?

OK, somebody give me the scoop. If I gather correctly then bull horns are black with blond mixed in and buffalo horns are black with the grey. Aren't bull horns hollow? Are buffalo horns hollow or solid?

So if I want to use bull horn do I just band saw appropriate sized pieces out of full horns or can you get flat pieces of the stuff?

hollow at the base and progressive more solid towards the tip.
