Not a single smooth muscle up in the bunch. Of course what else would there be after laying off anything that involves the shoulders for 3 months.
 
I ran intervals yesterday for about half an hour. Today, I'm going to do a RKC Kettlebell workout and probably go for a slow run for about an hour.
 
Couple of pullups,

like 16 sets or so.

2 years ago after I got badly injured I could manage exactly ZERO reps.

I'm insanely happy. :biggrin1:
 
looking forward to a rest day today. have back-country ski planned for saturday. walking the dog will be it for today
