Leg day, walking db lunges, heavy squats, leg presses, leg curls , leg extension and a bit of calves
Hopefully this will get me sore, my recovery is almost too fast these days no matter what weight I do..
My workout today? In a little bit I need to go empty my truck of camping and caving gear, then drive up the mountain to load up a dozen or so 8' lengths of aspen to cut for firewood.
