What's your workout today?

Today is Power Snatches, Snatch pulls, Snatch shrugs, Back Squats, Press, Laying Triceps Extensions and maybe some face pulls if there's time.

And SRock, I hope you have a speedy recovery.
 
Just got myself a new "warm winter tight"... hope my runs this winter will be like the fit of my new tight... GREAT!!!! :em2300:
 
Leg day, walking db lunges, heavy squats, leg presses, leg curls , leg extension and a bit of calves
Hopefully this will get me sore, my recovery is almost too fast these days no matter what weight I do..
 
My workout today? In a little bit I need to go empty my truck of camping and caving gear, then drive up the mountain to load up a dozen or so 8' lengths of aspen to cut for firewood.
 
Today is power clean and jerks, clean pulls, front squats, rack jerks and laying triceps extensions (didn't get them done yesterday)
 
Yesterday - intervals on the treadmill, followed by pushups, presses and abs.
Today - 2.5mi at steady pace, followed by assisted chinups and DL.
 
Today was just catch up on my shoulders which are always a weak spot for me.

Going for an 8 mile run in a few hours. I have a half marathon in a few weeks and regrettably have been way too busy to do any real training.
