Darjeeling is one of my favorite teas to ice.
Cachamate followed by a blend of a couple Argentinian yerba mates and Fuji imports jasmine green tea

Thanks. The tea cakes are homemade. The Hobnobs are McVities.
Like many McVities biscuits, no high fructose anything in the one's I choose and less sweet than American offerings. Also enjoy Kedem tea biscuits.
Don't have them every day so they are a real treat.
Puerh. Strong and smooth. For those of you who are puerh drinkers, do you rinse your tea leaves before brewing? I understand that this is a good practice to rinse off any unwanted debris that gets mixed in with the tea during fermentation.
Yes I do wash my pu-erh at least one time for the same reason.
I do, although I haven't always. After reading enough articles about tests for contamination it seems like a good idea.

With a little Trader Joe's corn bread mix .... perfect combo!
Imperial Puerh. I've been fiddling with times, temperature and tea amount. Four grams of tea, four minutes steep, 8 oz gives a wonderful cup of tea. Strong but not overwhelmingly so and very smooth aftertaste.
