Old Hippie

Somewhere between 61 and dead
Gad. Makes me sound like some kinda hippie...

A couple of slices of homemade sourdough bread, slathered with home-churned butter and topped with some homemade apple butter. Half a grapefruit. Three cups of coffee.

My weight-loss, before going to the gym, quick breakfast on the front porch.

Chobani Greek Yogurt, with strawberries. Into that I stir two tablespoons of no-sugar added sunflower seed butter and a scoop of creatine. And a bit of raw honey.

Large thermos of Kroger decaf, with milk, and Stevia as sweetener. And I use it to chase down a dose of Metformin.

I've lost over 30 lbs in 9 months.
That is awesome. Great work. 70 pounds in 2 years here. Downside is my staff say I no longer look imposing as a skinny grey haired old man. Cheeky devils.
 
Fried up a pack of Johnsonville breakfast links, then fried four eggs over medium in the sausage drippings. Also a large Cara Cara orange, and some sliced strawberries. Split all this with the wife. Had a big cup of French Quarter coffee with chicory afterwards. I was content, and full!
