What's Your Breakfast?

My standard breakfast this morning was complemented by some pork sausage thrown in with the sautéed vegetables and a side of leftover potatoes au gratin (reheated in an iron skillet) from last night's dinner.

Hot porridge made with steel cut oats & quinoa, with add-ins:
-pumpkin seeds
-ground flax seeds
-tsp of shredded coconut
-peanut flour (defatted)
-peach slices
-tsp of turbinado sugar
-Ceylon cinnamon
