Bikini Bottom is the place where Sponge Bob lives. Not sure if this is an honest mistake that no one gave a second thought to or if some marketing "genius" thought this would be a cleaver play on words.

Wish my kids were still young enough to use that, at my office I have a pic of my son with shave cream on when he was 3, he used a razor with no cartridge to shave along side me

I have little ones in my house, and can recite entire episodes of spongebob from memory. I would not have thought anything about pakaging, until it was brought to my attention.

the problem is clearly the fact they are using a synthetic brush, and canned goo. also, those carts really dont give a close shave.
