From Thursday night. Salmon Putanesca and asparagus with tomatoes and spices.
Home made burgers tonight and 10lbs of takeout wings tomorrow. 
We had Pakodas ( Not bhajiya but Mungedi) with Chatani.
A not-so-plain burger was on the dinner menu the other night. This one is a 100% Angus beef burger placed on a searing station and then finished off on the grill. The yellow peppers got the same treatment. The burger was topped with Trader Joe's Smoky Gouda and a splouch (yes, that's a word I just made up) of Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin' Bourbon BBQ sauce.
Of course, no burger is complete without some requisite tater tots and half sour pickles.

Last Night It Was Chicken and Potatoes in a Lemon Sauce and Rice Wrapped in Grape Leaves.
Tonight It Is Tacos and Black Beans.
So Mrs P wanted to buy some "leggings" from Lululemon (I am sorry about this but she's been reading some strange articles about gym wear) and we headed off to Marina Bay Sands as it's the only branch here I am aware of. After the capture, we went to Bread Street Kitchen and I had this:
Chicken soup, salad, saltines
Chicken tiki masala pizza and salad. I made the salad but the pizza was a school fundraiser. Also got wings and boring pizza for the kids. I only got one wing because teenage boys.

Chicken and sausage jambalaya with a sourdough baguette.
Reuben (No Dressing). Potato Chips. Pear. Canada Dry Ginger Ale.
HMR Enchiladas and HMR Turkey Chili with Beans. A little Southwest Mrs Dash and Cholula and it’s awesome. It sure doesn’t seem like a diet.
Seafood Monday. Bay scallop ceviche on tostada. Pan grilled barramundi for fish tacos. Seafood was frozen from Sprouts. Not bad for the desert.

Smoked chicken breast tacos. That chicken turned out real good smoked over pecan, hickory, and a bit of post oak.
Soy Pork in Crock Pot. Rice. California Medley. Crescent Rolls.
