Homemade or Delia’s?
Delia's. I bought 4 packs of 6 tamales when my brother went down for business. Tonight it was chicken with green sauce and cream cheese.

Thanks, i should have included a few chili tepins.
Bought some triple cream Brie, which means I had to get a baguette. It was as a good appetizer for the prime rib eyes I put on the grill, then topped with some very blue cheese.

Tonight was a keto dish. Chili topped with crushed cauliflower. The cauliflower had cream cheese, aged chedder and parmesan mixed in. Jalapeno and mushrooms on top.

What was your time and temp in the bath?
Hour and half to 130F. I cooked it to medium since the wife is pregnant which was roughly 3 min per side.
I'd do 120F if I wanted med rare.
