What's a good night cream to heal shaved area?

I usually shave in the morning, but I'm having a hard time shaving daly because my skin isn't healed in time. I heard that putting a night cream might help. Which one would you recommend?

Well, it's not popular but it's thee best remedy known: slather Vaseline over your face then wipe off the excess then go to sleep. There's a reason it's called the Wonder Jelly.

I recommend a vaseline-like product called Aquaphor. It's made by the same company that makes Nivea. I have found it to be a good general skin-healing promoter.

Try Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream...or, if you are old school, use Vaseline or any petroleum jelly. Either way, a thin layer will work...thicker is not better.

Nivea Triple Protect Face Lotion always does wonders for me if I get a little heavy and get burn.
It's also an SPF-20 so it's nice for outdoors.

I shave before bed, and if I'm irritated in the morning, or even feeling the effects of a mild sunburn from the previous day (more common than razor burn), then I'll slather it on before heading to work and by that night, I'm ready for another shave unless I had more than a "mild" sunburn.

I'm not big on petroleum jelly... clogs my pores and I'll break out bigtime.

I find that CeraVe moisturizer eases most of my skin itching/burning/etc. Not particularly pricey, not at all greasy. They have a face version too, though I've never tried it

I really enjoy the sensation that Proraso Pre/Post Ecalyptus & Menthol offers. Can recommend it.

Bought some Witch Hazel yesterday, so I'm looking forward to trying it.

Unrefined shea butter for me. The stuff works wonders. There are millions of products out there but its nice to use a single ingredient product that works.

Kiel's Ultra Facial Cream is very good.

In general, I've found that moisturizing the night before is one of the keys to getting a good shave in the morning.

It's not a cream, but I've settled on applying witch hazel. I pour it on a cotton pad and apply liberally. I sometimes do this two or even three times a day.

Try reducing the number of passes in your problem areas until you improve your technique.

I always have good luck with Bag Balm. Stinks like no other but really does the trick with a lot of small abrasions/rashes, plague, locusts.. you get the picture.. Also one of the best cures for dry skin in the winter time.
