Whatever happened to Madame Scodioli soap?

Someone posted a picture of some nifty-looking lather, the soaps had very neat names, everyone worked themselves into a feeding frenzy over it, and then... <crickets chirping>

What happened?

I was wondering the same thing. There was going to be some "less fragrant" soap made. I'm kind of curious if anyone's picked some up.

I got some soap from the Mme. a few weeks ago. If they are the less fragrant, I would be surprised, because I could smell them through the packaging. I am really impressed with the lather, very thick and very slick. The Laudanum was sweeter and had more black fruits that I had expected, and the description of Ill Repute is right on. Ill Repute is a citrus and spice scent, but with a lot of extra depth and subtlety from the pennyroyal.

Good soaps and well worth a try.

Last I saw, her thread was locked pending vendor account setup with the mods. I don't think anything happened from there. She probably decided she couldn't keep up with the potential sales volume that would come with being a B&B vendor. I imagine it's a lot of work... though anyone should be happy to be so busy these days.

I just ordered another Mahogany and Sandalwood shave soap. One of the best I have tried and another solid scent of Laudanum.
The solid scent has a very top note of pipe tobacco which mellows after a while.
I really like her products very good service. She may have been overwhelmed by the B&B response.
You have to keep checking her site to see what is available.

Glad someone posted about her new stuff. Her old stuff had too much EO and whiled I loved the scent, it lit my face on fire!

Her old stuff is the only soap I've ever had a reaction to. Still have some, but it is reserved for breaking in boars and not for shaving.

Don't think I'll be picking any up in the future ether.

I picked up three soaps. I had a reaction to the Laudanum scent. I wrote her about it and she said that it may have been the colorant, as I did not react to the other soaps. She was appologetic and offered to correct the situation. I was happy with the sincerity of her response and wil continue to buy from her.
I mean how often do you get to tell someone that you bought something from a bearded lady...
