No music. just the sound of the whiskers getting chopped. For me the shave is a meditative experience. I empty my mind of all thoughts other than the mechanics of the shave. 2 days ago there was a bunch of construction noises outside so I postponed my shave until evening. I got ticked off about it.
Im going to assume that the guys that listen to music or talk radio are much more advanced than I am where they dont need to focus or concentrate on the shave since they are so experienced and can do it mindlessly. But I am nowhere near that level of proficiency with my shaves.
