What Razor For Christmas morning shave?

F-3 Fatboy with Shark blade, Opal brush and private maker soap....was actually more towards noon.....but it's a Merry Christmas afterall!!!:biggrin1:

The Keen Kutter straight I got as a gift from my GF will spend a little more time on the stones this morning, then it will join me for a shave with Tabac SS (Last year's Christmas gift from mom and dad) my new Rooney 1/1 (faux horn, super badger) a splash of Aqua Velva (both the Rooney and AV being this year's gifts from mom and dad) and finishing off with a nice application of Aqua Velva Ice Balm, another gift from the GF. Was going to just do a quick shave with a Micromatic, but the weather has canceled all Christmas plans for today, so it's going to be an easy and relaxing shave for me today after all.

Gillette Old Type pocket with Mystery Handle.....of course :biggrin1:

I mowed down my three day stubble with my slim loaded with a fresh feather, and applied sante green tea soap with my B&B 2008 LE.

Nice & clean, now to get that fresh ham shank in the oven for later :biggrin1:

Merkur 34G with Astra-SP (day 2.)

I have lots of fancier combos to choose from, but this one was handy and already locked and loaded.

Followed with coral skin food.

1926 Bostonian w/Personna blade, RSC cream, EJ Best Badger brush . . . one of the best shaves ever!!

Started with hot towel . . . and then a second one!

Took my time . . . no need to rush!!

Was my first shave with this razor . . . and it will be back at the plate for tomorrow morning!! (The Bostonian hit a home run!!)
