it says this...FRIM BLADE, comes with one frim blade, pat no. 242150, condition good, wood handel, size 5 1/2 inch long,
I'll guess some kinda corn razor. 
Can't find any relevant results for patent 242150. the regular patent 242150 is for an egg tester, and the design patent for 242150 is a speaker cover. Are you sure about that #?
Some sort of hide scraper, maybe? Surely not shaving-related, whatever it is. Fun mystery!
