I don't think it is the same manufacturer either, and if it is, I think it is a different formulation. The product look different, has a different consistency and they have differnet performance results, i.e. the lather is different from the two. I am with TZee on this one. I agree that all the Italian croaps are similar though so who knows.

The product look different, has a different consistency and they have differnet performance results, i.e. the lather is different from the two. I am with TZee on this one. I agree that all the Italian croaps are similar though so who knows.
And to expand a little, some soaps, such as Queen Charlotte Soaps "croap", have both glycerin and tallow (and even shea).
I love Cella, think Valobra brick is only a little behind it.
(I put Valobra into old Cella tubs because they're....just perfect!)
My second favorite however is MWF.
Different and really nice on the face.
Here's a tip: if you don't want to buy their expensive container, you don't need to.
I used a cheese slicer to trim the outside of the puck to fit an Old Spice mug I have.
Then pressed the slicings onto the top.

lots of stuff better than cella. cella isn't all that great, IMO. stinks. performance; you got arko, mwf, aos just to name a few.
I rank Cella very high, but no other soap performs as well as for me as P160.
