What do you think of this Gillette ?

I won a ebay listing but I'm not quite sure, is it a Gillette Rocket HD ?
Also there isn't a method to known the approx. date year production ?
I weighted it to 71g. (Don't know how much that make in the U.S. metric)

I tried it this morning and with my modest experience it's more sharp/aggressive than my Tech. But also it's more heavy.
Also I can cut down by 1 pass my shave to get the same result than my Tech.
