What do you do to de-stress or "bliss out" Other than shaving of course!

I've found that my stress levels have been increasing over the past (let's see, when did I get married and have kids again??) 4 years. :tongue_sm
Lately I've found the only thing that helps me de-stress or "bliss out" is oud oil and listening to music.
I use headphones and it creates a nice little escape. The oud oil is really fantastic as aromatherapy.

I'm banking on 99% of the answers to be "shaving" so I'm asking what you guys do other than shaving.

Just remember to keep it all family friendly and 100% legal. Some things are better left unsaid. :001_unsur

My normal mode is chilled out. I live a life with very little stress.

Of course, I live by myself; my youngest child is 31; work is something I like to do; I have no fixed schedule; and I'm under no pressure to please anybody but myself.

It would actually take a lot to get me stressed out.

Ride my motorcycle.

Shoot sporting clays.

Ignore guys who answer this question to only talk about how great their lives are.

Zazen meditation.
Cigars.
Target shooting.

Life is suffering...suffering is caused by attachments....and yet still I am a member of a forum that is dedicated to attachments of the wet shaving variety....:confused1

Kill things in NeverWinter Nights! Yeah, it's from 2002, but I'm squeezing every penny's worth of enjoyment from it that I can.
