Razor Schick Injector M Type Set on 2
Blade Barber Supply Injector (Personna)
Brush AP Shave Co. 26mm Cashmere Fan
Soap Captain's Choice Lime
AS Pinaud Lime Sec
Balm Captain's Choice Lime

This was my second shave with this razor and it was much better than the first. Personna injector blades feel much smoother on my face than the Chick blade that I used for my first shave. Coming from DE's I am finding the technique for injectors is a little different than for DEs. I did have to do an insane amount of touchups to get to BBS but the Captains Choice soap really clings to the skin and works really well for buffing and touchups. For the time being I will only use CC soaps when injector shaving. At least until my technique improves.

Razor: RazoRock Game Changer .84 P with HD handle
Blade: Rapira Platinum Lux (2)
Brush: RazoRock Barber 24 synthetic
Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Rating: 10

Yesterday morning's shave on two and a half days of growth. Easy BBS after WTG/XTG/ATG passes, with no nicks or irritation. The Rapira PL seems to be a good blade - sharp and smooth enough to cut without resistance or irritation.

Blade: Personna Injector
Brush: Rubberset 203 in Super Badger
Pre-Shave: Proraso White

Rating Ten. As good as it gets! :pipe:

Prep: Shower
Razor: Timeless SS .95 OC
Blade: Nacet (1)
Soap: Stirling Piacenza
Brush: Razorock Snowman
Post shave: Alum block, Piacenza splash

2 passes plus touchup. Excellent shave. I realized this morning that I've been wasting my time doing a third pass with the .95 OC. Two passes and a bit of touch up got me a smooth as glass comfortable shave. Love this razor.

- Brush: Paladin Sherlock
- Razor: Game Changer Jaws .84
- Blade: Rapira SS (2)
- Soap: Simpsons unscented cream
- Aftershave: Speick
- Post Shave: Thayers Rose, Hyaluronic Acid

Nice shave today but a bit of irritation. The GC Jaws .84 is an aggressive one! I really need to pay attention when I use this razor. The Rapira SS is a nice blade that works well with most razors including the Game Changer.

The Paladin is such a nice brush and I look forward to using it. It lathered up the Simpsons cream amazingly well. Of course, I used too much cream, hence my first ever ā€œlather pornā€ shot.

I like the face feel and alcohol burn of Speick, but it is so light scented that sometimes I swear I am using unscented AS.

Brush: Rudy Vey Mandarin 24mm, 2 Band Shavemac
Soap: Ethos Greenfresh
Blade: Polsilver SI (2) and out
Razor: Timeless Ti Sb .95
Post Shave: Ethos Unscented skin food, SV Cubebe aftershave
10/10

After using the same setup 4 days in a row, just changing the soap, then today going back to the first soap with a different brush, I can say without any doubt that Ethos is the best soap I have, besides being the slickest very easy to lather it leaves my face the absolute smoothest afterwards.

2 pass shave with clean up. BBS

Love that handle.

Canada soap was ordered last week and it wonā€™t be here until next Mon/Tues... and I live 50 miles away from where they make the stuff. šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

I continue to tour my soap collection and try different things almost every day... I haven't used this soap very often... it's COLD!

tempImagez290HS.jpg

Two passes again with the Feather Kamisori and a Proline on use 5, followed by about two passes with the R41 on a 7th-and-final-use Wilkinson Sword. As someone else noted, the Speick splash has such a light scent it is practically unscented, so I usually follow it up with something that smells good.

After the first pass with this soap, I usually wonder if I'll be able to keep relathering with it, due to it's potent scent and heavy menthol kick. But as the shave goes on, it seems to level out, or maybe I can't feel anything anymore!

I had some weepers and a little irritation on the left side of my neck, but the results are nice except on the point of my chin.

Razor: Fatip Lo Storto Originale Slant ā€œFOCSā€
Blade: Kai Stainless Steel (6)
Brush: Grizzly Bay ā€œEmpressā€ with 26mm High Mountain White (Bulb)
Bowl: Captainā€™s Choice Copper Lather Bowl (Heavyweight)
Soap and Aftershave: Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Space Nog CK-6

Result: 10 / 10 (was so good, Iā€™d rate it higher if possible). I got a superlative BBS shave with zero cuts, weepers, irritation or tugging and no feedback at all with the alum. After a few days of beautiful spring weather, today was cold and snowing so I felt I needed software thatā€™s scent would warm me up. I get so excited when I use Space Nog, it is my favourite scent, I love it.
