Found old looking but interesting Gillette Nacet blades locally after during my usual blade hunts after work...
New LC for left side of my face while Rocket will go on my right
Want to try both as I just bought 1 tuck each and not sure if it's genuine. Since I have limited time...I try both so can go back and get more.
Lather was excellent...always from this nubs bowl
Both Razors and Blades pairing was good!! Sharpish with nice smoothness . 3+1pass. Wtg then xtg/atg then xtg/atg and last an angle xtg pickup underjawline. BBS result and no weepers...or so I thought...until 5mins later some bleeding. Very strange.
Rating today 9/10 enjoyable experimental shave! Vintage razor is fantastic! The blades are good. Went and bought more.

Biotique Bio Palmyra Shave gel, very good performance.
Instead of brush, tried hand lathering as per the instructions on the product.
It worked really well.

The Wilkinson Sword India blade felt tuggy at times in the R41.

Where has this month gone?

The razor was my oldest razor: a Fat Boy.
The blade a Personna Lab.
I went with a cream today: T&H Ultimate Comfort.
The brush: a Simpson Duke 3 in best - the second brush I bought after joining B&B.
Aftershave was Thayers Rose Petal WH followed by Neutrogena Triple Protect.
After a shower, I used some Jimmy Choo Man Intense.

A perfect shave: 10/10.

Razor : Schick i2 injector hydro-magic - MFG 1954-57- Great shave with a Schick blade.
Blade : Schick injector(1)
Soap : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore "Firenze" - very nice soap.
Brush: Yaki Tuxedo knot 24mm synthetic "Sagrada Familia"
Pre-shave: Brush was my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
Post shave :AVON "True Gent" aftershave balm and Cologne. - Great scent IMO if you like tobacco, vanilla.......
Results:9/10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + minor irritation from a ingrown hair + no weepers =

Have some great shaves!

Another great shave today. The Dorco ST-301 is still giving great shaves, this is a very underrated blade IMHO. This was the second shave with Stirling Baker Street soap and AS. As usual the soap performance is top notch but the jury is still out on the scent.
