Philadelphia Fishhouse Punch--Goes down very easily for as strong as it is. Even parts of 114 proof high hogo Jamacian rum, XO Cognac (a sin to mix, I know), a nice natural peach liqueur; lemon juice; a bit of simple syrup, a dash of bitters; shaken with ice and then all poured out into a tall glass and topped with about 2 oz of carbonated water. Addictive, perhaps clinically so!
Just two finger of Elijah Craig small batch over ice to finish the evening.
